August | GlutenFreePassport.com sponsored a survey titled Understaning Gluten and
AllergenFree Experiences of Guests & Hospitality Worldwide. This survey allowed both consumers and vendors to provide input
on living as or serving glutenfree customers. We also included a recipe for Chebe Hot Dog Buns and of course, our "Slightly
Unusual" fact.
